Pre-arrival

• Bookings taken by email or telephone
• Nearest train station at Great Malvern and taxi - six miles from lodge
• Home delivery of groceries received on request prior to arrival (Waitrose/Tesco)
• Car hire available at Malvern (Brookhire)
• Access instructions are emailed 1 week prior to arrival

Arrival & car parking facilities

• Ample parking in own grounds
• Paved flat area to lodge entrance with outside lighting
• BEESONI LODGE signs are displayed on black railings at entrance gate

Main entrance & reception

• One small step into lodge from all outside doors
• Interior floor is level throughout
• Fire policy detailed on arrival
• Smoke alarms fitted and safety light in event of power failure

Public Areas - General (Internal)

• Single storey property with tiled floor throughout and rugs
• All doorways are extra wide for easier access

Laundry

• Laundry facilities provided in the utility room

Outdoor Facilities

• Garden furniture provided with a BBQ in the summer (charcoal not included)
• Paved area around the exterior of lodge
• Ample outside lighting provided

Bathroom, Shower-room & WC

• Non-slip floor surfaces in all bathrooms and wall tiles
• Shower/wet room in ensuite bathroom with two shower heads
• Sunken spa bath has one large step for side entry and lever taps

Self-Catering Kitchen

• Granite work surfaces. Fully fitted hand built kitchen
• Rangemaster double oven and hob with extractor fan
• Microwave, dishwasher, two fridges & freezer

Bedrooms

• Large double bedrooms with ample room for wheelchair accessibility
• TV in both double bedrooms
• FOUR BEDROOMS: Three large double bedrooms, one with a super-king size bed (with additional sofabed), one with a king size four poster bed and ensuite (with additional sofabed) and one with a king size bed. There is also one twin-bedded room.

Grounds and Gardens

• Beesoni Lodge is in its own private grounds. Large landscaped lawned area and patio with garden furniture. Grounds are not enclosed

Pets

• Well behaved adult dogs are welcome at Beesoni Lodge (please enquire for current charges). The key holder is responsible for any damage caused. All traces of pet occupation (inside and within the grounds) should be removed before departure. Your pet must not be allowed into any bedroom area or on any furniture, nor left alone and unsupervised in the Lodge
